From Savannah, take I-95 south to the first Richmond Hill exit (exit 90). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp on to Highway 144 (Ford Avenue) and proceed to the first stop light. Turn right on Highway 17 South. Proceed approximately one quarter mile. The office is on the left in Crossroads Center.

From Hinesville, take US Hwy 17 North. Turn right into Crossroads Center. (Set of red brick buildings). one quarter mile BEFORE Ford Ave/ Hwy. 144. We are next to Lavender Hill Salon and West Rehab.
