Monday through Thursday 8:45-12 and 2-5
Friday 9-12

Insurance:
Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Cigna, Southcare, State Health Benefit Plan, Tricare, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid and many other plans

Payment Options:
We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies and will gladly file your claim for you. Alternatively, patients may arrange a payment plan with our staff in advance of the visit.

Appointments:
Appointments are made by referral from another physician. We will require that a detailed information form be completed by the patient before we schedule the appointment so that Dr. Pearson may spend as much time as possible with you answering questions about your condition and treatment options. In addition, please bring your MRI or other test reports with you as it is impossible to diagnose or treat most pain conditions without these tests.

Emergencies:
Please proceed to the nearest emergency room and inform the staff that you are a pain patient of Dr. Pearson's.
